A choker chain sits high and close to the neck, shorter than a standard necklace length, which makes it a good option if you want something visible rather than tucked under a collar. We stock choker chains in a few different constructions, fine curb links, snake chains and the odd textured style, in both gold and silver. Getting the length right matters more with a choker chain than almost any other style, since even a centimetre out changes how it sits. Most of ours run between 14 and 16 inches, though we can advise in store based on your neck size. It's a style that works particularly well layered with a slightly longer pendant chain underneath.
