9ct gold pendants sit at the more practical end of the range, harder wearing than 18ct thanks to the higher alloy content, and generally more affordable at a similar design. We stock 9ct gold pendants across most of our styles: hearts, crosses, initials and more, hand-finished at our Birmingham workshop. The colour sits slightly paler than 18ct, though it's rarely noticeable unless you're comparing the two side by side under good light. For a pendant worn daily and rarely taken off, 9ct is usually the sensible choice given how much more resistant it is to everyday knocks.
