Every gold bar pendant is hand-finished at our Birmingham Jewellery Quarter workshop before it ships. If it's not quite right, our 14-day return policy covers unworn pieces in their original packaging.
Our jewellery is hand-finished in our onsite Jewellery quarter workshop. If what you purchased is not quite what you expected, you can return it within 14 days.
