Gemstone earrings bring colour into a collection that's otherwise mostly gold, silver and diamond, whether that's a single coloured stone in a simple setting or something with a bit more detail around it. We stock a range of gemstone earrings, sapphire, amethyst, citrine and more, set in 9ct and 18ct gold, hand-finished at our Birmingham workshop. Harder stones like sapphire hold up well to daily wear, while softer stones such as opal are better suited to occasional pieces rather than something worn every day. These also make an easy way to add a bit of personal colour, matching a stone to someone's favourite colour rather than sticking to a birthstone. Worth a browse if plain gold or diamond studs feel a bit too neutral.
